It’s Your Park Day – Palmer Square Park Council

On Saturday, May 30th, from approximately 10a to noon, we will be participating in Chicago Parks Foundation’s It’s Your Park Day.

While this is normally a “cleanup” event, we will be focusing on mulching of our trees, and energetic volunteers are needed to help spread the mulch across the park.

We ** MAY ** be able to also get stone dust to fill in the low spots on the running trail- that is still a work-in-process. If we do, we need even MORE enthusiastic individuals!

You do not need to be a member of the PAC to participate- so a great opportunity if you have (or know) a Scouts, Navigators, Jr ROTC, or similar youth organization that would like to perform some community engagement.
